Summer of 1987
We will be hosting a two-night event which we like to call "Summer of 1987". This is a 4-course meal that will include wine pairings for 30 guests each night. This will take place on June 23rd and 24th at 6:00 pm at West Point. Tickets for this event are $100++. Apologies, but we will not be receiving any special requests for food.

My menu concept is built on my memories from the last summer before I went to high school in 1987. Reminiscent of the bittersweet feeling of the last true summer of my childhood. I hope to create a strong sense of nostalgia and sentiment for the summertime we all cherished as kids.
